All of our programmes include psychological frameworks, body language, and people dynamics on top of providing practical skills so ensuring interactional effectiveness in both your work and personal lives.
Our workshops are aimed at refining cultures, entrenching values and creating effective team working environments. The People Element also offers custom built team building interventions.
Vicky Eriksson and Karin Wellman from The People Element are both accredited by the iOpener Institute for People and Performance (Oxford, United Kingdom) as Happiness @ Work practitioners. The Science of Happiness @ Work can be run as team or individual coaching sessions.
Resilient individuals, teams and organisations are emotionally intelligent and high performing. In 2011, The People Element conducted an Employee Optimism Survey which provided an accurate representation of stress levels in South African organisations, and the detrimental impact this has on people and performance, and highlighted a critical need to develop resiliency to negate this impact.
The TPE Resilience Centre assesses resilience in individuals and teams within all types of organisations and provides solutions to develop and enhance resilience at an individual, team and organisational level. The Centre will help you to answer the following questions regarding the challenges associated with stress:
How is stress defined and manifested within my environment? Why is it crucial that I learn to recognise and deal with stress related conditions?
What are the stress levels within my organisation?
What are the characteristics of resilient employees within my environment?
How can I increase resilience in my workplace?
Why is it that some employees are able to deal with their demands better than other employees?
Why do some people face adversity better than others?
Why does it seem that some teams fare better than others when dealing with extreme pressure?
